Welcome to Chef’s Table by BeauxJax. By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or booking an event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Use of Website

This website is provided for informational and booking purposes only. All content, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Use of this site does not guarantee event availability until a signed agreement and required payments are received.

Event Booking & Payments

All event bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the date. The remaining venue rental balance is due three (3) months prior to the event date. All food, beverage, security, and service fees are due one (1) week prior to the event.

All payments made are final and non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted provided:

  • Written notice is given at least 30 days prior to the event

  • The new event date occurs within one (1) year of the original date

  • Availability is confirmed by the venue

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation without refund.

Capacity & Conduct

Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy assigned to the rented space. Chef’s Table by BeauxJax reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who is intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a safety risk.

Food & Beverage Policy

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of cakes or desserts. Approved outside catering may be allowed for an additional per-person fee. Violations may result in removal from the premises without refund.

Alcohol Service

Alcohol service is governed by venue policy and applicable state and local laws. Open bar or events exceeding 100 guests may require security and/or event insurance at the renter’s expense.

Damages & Liability

A valid credit card must be kept on file for all events. The renter is financially responsible for any damages to the venue, furnishings, or equipment caused during the rental period. Charges will be assessed based on documented repair or replacement costs.

Setup, Cleanup & Decorations

Access for setup begins two hours prior to the scheduled event time unless otherwise approved. All personal items and décor must be removed by the agreed-upon end time. No items may be affixed to windows or walls in a manner that causes damage.

Cancellations & Force Majeure

Chef’s Table by BeauxJax is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, or conditions that make the venue unsafe. In such cases, rescheduling options may be offered at the venue’s discretion.

Intellectual Property

All website content, images, branding, and logos are the property of Chef’s Table by BeauxJax and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
